Cancellation Policy
Individual Session Cancellations

Client(s) shall notify Ronin Monster Factory, LLC in writing at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. If no notification is received at least 24 hours prior to the session(s), then the Client(s) shall forfeit the session(s).

Monthly Plan and Subscription Cancellations
​
Client(s) shall notify Ronin Monster Factory, LLC in writing at least fifteen (15) calendar days in advance of the scheduled billing cycle. If no notification is received, then the client(s) shall be invoiced for the following month.
Automatic Credit Card Payment Cancellations
Automatic credit card payment cancellations must be made in writing to Ronin Monster Factory, LLC no less than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the date of the next credit card withdrawal.
Training Waiver
Participants of Ronin Monster Factory, LLC and associated coaching staff’s (RMF’s) training course acknowledge that they desire to participate in the training. In consideration of being permitted to participate in such training, Participants, Participant’s hires, Participant’s personal representative(s) and assigns hereby represent and agree as follows:
Participant releases and forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless RMF and any of its agents from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands and causes of any actions on account of any loss or injury in any way arising out of relations to my participation in or involvement in training activities, and and use of training equipment and RMF, including travel there to and from, whether due to the negligence, omission, default or other actions of any persons or entity. RMF is not and will not be responsible for students during this training.
Knowing the dangers, hazards and risks associated with training and instruction, Participant voluntarily assumes all responsibility and risk of loss, damage, illness and/or injury to Participant’s person or property in any way associated with participation in such activities.
Participant understands the rules and regulations applicable to the training being given in part, for safety and protection of participants and agree to abide by those rules and regulations set forth by the instructors.
To the fullest extent permitted but law, Participant hereby releases and forever discharges, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RMF and any of its instructors or agents from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands and causes of actions on account of any loss or injury in any way arising out of relation to Participant’s participation in or involvement in training, or use of equipment, including travel there to and from, whether due to the negligence, omission, default or other actions of any person or entity.
